Stephen Darling has been consulting on projects in the hospitality industry since 2004 on his own – and is now affiliated with Cayuga Hospitality Advisors. The majority of the work has been focused during the development and construction phases of projects, while the balance done on operational reviews.
Cayuga Hospitality Advisors is a network of hospitality consultants who share the common origin of thinking and practice from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Stephen chose to affiliate with this exclusive group of professionals due to the resources, progressive approach and standards they have set. While focused in North America, Cayuga includes international consultants –all with their own specialized field and practice. Cayuga is known for practical, profit-oriented advisory services, including putting their recommendations into action through guidance in the implementation.
